Argentina Thermal Conductivity Tester (Hot Wire Method)

The Xiangke DRX-Ⅱ thermal conductivity tester (hot wire method), a high-temperature thermal conductivity instrument, mainly tests the thermal conductivity of shaped heat-insulating refractory products, powdery materials, and other non-metallic materials at different temperatures. By changing the test head, the thermal conductivity of liquid materials can also be measured.

Product Description

Xiangke DRX-Ⅱ Thermal Conductivity Tester (Hot Wire Method) High Temperature Thermal Conductivity Meter Overview:

The hot wire method is a dynamic measurement method (non-steady-state hot wire method). Its principle is to measure the temperature rise of a linear heat source embedded in the sample along the length direction of the sample within a certain period of time. The temperature change of the wire is a function of the thermal conductivity of the material being measured by measuring the temperature change over time with a thermocouple welded at the midpoint.

Instrument reference standards: GB/5990-2006 "Test method for thermal conductivity of shaped heat-insulating refractory products (hot wire method)"; GB/T10297-2015 "Determination of thermal conductivity of non-metallic solid materials (hot wire method)", etc.

This instrument mainly tests the thermal conductivity of shaped heat-insulating refractory products, powdery materials and other non-metallic materials at different temperatures. By changing the test head, the thermal conductivity of liquid materials can be measured. It is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments and manufacturing plants for material analysis and testing.

Xiangke DRX-Ⅱ Thermal Conductivity Tester (Hot Wire Method) High Temperature Thermal Conductivity Meter Main Technical Performance:
1. Thermal conductivity test range: 0.015~1.7w/m·k.

2. Accuracy: ±3%.

3. Using parallel line method or cross line method for testing, realizing controllable temperature testing, the highest test temperature is 1200℃. (Low temperature section and room temperature section test environment devices can be selected according to user requirements)

4. Sample size requirements: 2 rectangular parallelepipeds no less than 40mm×80mm×114mm that are symmetrical to each other, or 2 semicylinders with a cross-sectional diameter no less than 80mm and a length no less than 114mm combined into a cylinder; (or customized according to user requirements)

5. It can be connected to a host computer to realize automatic computer testing and data printing output.
