Botswana Thermal storage coefficient tester

Product Description

Xiangke XRY-II Thermal Storage Coefficient Tester
I. Overview
This instrument can simultaneously measure the thermal storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity, and specific heat of materials in different moisture states in a single test. The device is simple, accurate, and the test speed is fast (about ten minutes per test). Reference standards include JGJT 12-2019 (replacing JGJ 51-2002) (Technical Specification for Lightweight Aggregate Concrete), JG158-2004 "Rubber Powder Polystyrene Particle External Wall Insulation System" and JG/T283-2010 "Expanded Glass Bead Lightweight Mortar" Appendix B for the determination of thermal storage coefficient, JG/T511-2017 "Thermal Insulation Ceramic Insulation Board for Buildings Attachment A Foam Ceramic Thermal Storage Coefficient Test Method, etc.
2、 Main technical performance
1. Application scope:
This instrument is suitable for measuring the thermal conductivity, heat storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, and specific heat of homogeneous plate-like, gelatinous, powdery, and granular materials under dry or different moisture conditions. The range of thermal storage coefficient of the tested material is 0.1-30W/M2K, and the range of thermal conductivity coefficient of the tested material is 0.035-1.7W/m.k.
2. Sample size: One thin specimen measuring 20 × 20 × (1.5-3) cm
Two thick specimens measuring 20 × 20 × (4-10) cm
3. Power supply~220V, 50HZ
4. Dimensions (length x width x height): 340 x 700 x 560mm
5. Working conditions
① Environmental temperature 10-35 ℃ ② Relative humidity ≤ 80%
③ Room temperature requires stability of ≤± 1.5 ℃
6. Accuracy of measurement results ± 5%
7. Connect to the upper computer to achieve automatic testing and data printing and output.
3、 Basic principles
The instrument is based on the principle of unstable thermal conductivity, and heats the experimental material for a short period of time to change its temperature. Based on the characteristics of the change, the thermal storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal conductivity, and specific heat of the experimental material can be calculated by solving the thermal conductivity differential equation.
Instrument configuration: including one XRY-II host (with touch screen controller), one set of software, one heater, one set of thermocouples, and one insulation bucket.
