Product Description

Xiangtan Xiangke DRC-II Heat Transfer Coefficient Tester for Hollow Vacuum Glass

I. Overview:

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 10295-2008 standard (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials - Heat flow meter method). Measurement and control are computer-controlled, realizing fully automatic measurement of the instrument.

This instrument is mainly used for testing the U (K) value of the heat transfer coefficient of hollow glass, and can also be used for testing the thermal conductivity of other thermal insulation materials.

II. Xiangtan Xiangke DRC-II Heat Transfer Coefficient Tester for Hollow Vacuum Glass Main Technical Indicators:

1. Heat transfer coefficient U (K) value range: 0.5-20W/m2K, testing accuracy: <5%.

2. Thermal conductivity range: 0.005-0.2W/mk, testing accuracy: <5%.

3. Sample size: greater than or equal to 600mm × 600mm × (5-50) mm.

4. Hot surface temperature range: room temperature + 10℃ - 90℃.

5. Cold surface temperature range: 5℃ - 60℃.

6. Pressure control: 0-1000 (N).

7. Computer fully automatic test control.

8. Instrument power supply: 220V/50Hz, power consumption less than 2KW.

III. Working principle: Under steady-state conditions, a one-dimensional uniform heat flux density similar to that existing in an infinitely large plate bounded by two parallel planes with uniform temperature is established in a uniform specimen with parallel surfaces. The heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity of the sample can be calculated by measuring the cold and hot surface temperatures and the heat flux density.

The equipment consists of a cold plate assembly, an electric pressurizing device, a hot plate assembly (including calorimetry, inner heat insulation, and outer heat insulation parts), a data acquisition and control system, and a computer control system. The sample is placed between the cold and hot plates, and the electric pressurizing device is used to press the sample tightly. The cold plate constant temperature system and the hot plate temperature control system provide a stable temperature difference on both sides of the sample. The heat flow meter on the calorimeter measures the heat flux density through the sample, and then calculates the heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity of the sample.

Configuration: Includes one DRC-II heat transfer coefficient testing host, one set of software, one high-precision constant temperature water bath, and the purchaser needs to provide their own computer and printer.
