Samoa High-Temperature Flat Plate Thermal Conductivity Meter

A guarded hot plate method is used in the high-temperature flat plate thermal conductivity meter to detect the thermal conductivity of insulation materials at high temperatures. The flat plate thermal conductivity meter is suitable for testing the thermal conductivity of refractory insulation, ceramic fiber, felt, textiles, plates, and bricks at different temperatures.

Product Description

I. High Temperature Flat Plate Thermal Conductivity Meter Overview

The flat plate thermal conductivity meter is a high-temperature thermal conductivity testing instrument for insulation materials, developed based on our factory's DRS-2 water flow flat plate thermal conductivity testing instrument. Compared with DRS-2, it improves resolution and automation, shortens testing time, is easier to maintain, and has more reliable instrument performance. This instrument is suitable for testing the thermal conductivity of refractory insulation, ceramic fiber, felt, textiles, plates, and bricks at different temperatures. The flat plate thermal conductivity meter is widely used in colleges and universities, research institutions, quality inspection departments, and material analysis and testing in manufacturing plants.

Reference Standards for Flat Plate Thermal Conductivity Meter: ASTM C518-04 Test Method for Determining Steady-State Heat Flux and Thermal Transmission Properties Using a Heat Flow Meter; GB10295-2008 Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Thermal Insulation Materials (Heat Flow Meter Method); YB/T 4130-2005 Refractory Materials Thermal Conductivity Test Method (Water Flow Flat Plate Method); GB/T 17911-2018 Refractory Ceramic Fiber Products Thermal Conductivity Test Method, etc.

II. Xiangke DRS High Temperature Flat Plate Thermal Conductivity Meter Main Technical Parameters

The DRS series flat plate thermal conductivity meter is mainly used for the thermal conductivity detection of thermal insulation materials at high temperatures. DRS-3B has a vacuum atmosphere protection function to prevent sample oxidation.

Includes one DRS-3 testing host, one software set, one set of testing thermocouples, one high-precision constant temperature water bath, and one desktop computer (can be provided by the purchaser).

Includes one DRS-3A testing host, one software set, one set of testing thermocouples, one roll of rubber tubing (instrument needs to be connected to tap water), and one desktop computer (can be provided by the purchaser).

Includes one DRS-3B testing host, one software set, one set of testing thermocouples, one roll of rubber tubing (instrument needs to be connected to tap water), one vacuum sealing device, one vacuum pump, and one desktop computer (can be provided by the purchaser).

14. Optional

Multi-layer testing can be optionally configured according to customer requirements. Each additional layer requires an additional testing thermocouple, and the cost will be calculated separately.

Both DRS-4 and DRS-4A are electrically pressurized and automatically measure thickness. The difference is that the DRS-4 hot plate uses heat-resistant stainless steel, with a slightly lower operating temperature, while the DRS-4A hot plate uses silicon carbide, with slightly lower pressure resistance, and the thickness measurement requires an additional thickness correction system, but the hot surface operating temperature is higher.
