I. Xiangke KS-B Digital Microcomputer Plasticity Tester Ceramic Mud Material Testing Instrument Overview

The KS-B microcomputer plasticity tester is a new type of instrument used to measure the plasticity of ceramic mud materials.
This instrument has two measurement methods:
(1) Plasticity Index Method: This method determines the plasticity of the mud material by studying the relationship between stress and strain during the loading process. Compared with other methods, it is more scientific and better, and the influence of human factors is minimized. It is suitable for cylindrical samples and defines plasticity R to measure the plasticity of the mud material.
(2) Plasticity Index Method: Determines the mud material's resistance to shape changes. Suitable for spherical samples.
The instrument can be widely used in the ceramic, electro-ceramic, building materials, and abrasive industries.

III. Main Structure and Working Principle
1. Overall structure:
The instrument is composed of mechanical and electrical parts. The mechanical part is mainly a speed reduction device. The electrical part includes: a microcomputer tester, a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor, etc.
2. Working principle:
The motor rotates, driving the sample support to move up and down through the speed reduction device. When the sample contacts the pressure sensor fixed above, a pressure signal is generated. When the support moves up and down, it drives the displacement sensor's iron core to move, generating a displacement signal. These two signals are measured by the microcomputer tester, displayed, and processed to obtain the required data!

Instrument configuration: Includes one KS-B testing host and one cylindrical sample maker.
