solomon islands Thermal Conductivity Tester (Plate Heat Flow Meter Method)
Product Description
DRPL-I Thermal Conductivity Tester (Plate Heat Flow Meter Method) - Xiangtan Xiangke Instrument
I. Overview
This instrument uses the popular heat flow meter method to detect thermal conductivity and thermal resistance, and is equipped with a computer to achieve fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports. The instrument uses a stable hot surface temperature on one side of the sample, and the heat is transferred through the sample to the cold surface (room temperature), and the transferred heat flow is measured to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance.
This test method is simple, fast, and has good repeatability. It is very suitable for the research and development of heat transfer in metal materials such as profiles. It can also be used for testing plastics, rubber, graphite, and insulation materials, and is widely used in colleges and universities, research institutes, quality inspection, and factories and mines.
This instrument refers to the standards: GB/T10295-88 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials - Heat flow meter method) and ASTM C518-04 Test method for determining steady-state heat flux and heat transfer properties using a heat flow meter.
