This instrument mainly tests the thermal resistance of thin thermal conductors, thermally conductive silicone grease, thermal conductive resin, beryllium oxide porcelain, alumina porcelain and other fine materials, as well as the contact thermal resistance at the solid interface and the thermal conductivity of the material. The detection material is generally solid flakes, such as adding a frame to detect powder state materials and paste materials.

The thermal insulation performance tester (material cold surface temperature tester) is suitable for testing the thermal insulation performance of thermal insulation materials. The instrument measures the temperature difference between the two sides of the sample as a function of time within the temperature range of room temperature ~ 1000 ℃. The hot surface achieves a steady-state heat source, with temperature control from room temperature to 1000 ℃ and automatic acquisition of temperature and time data. The cold surface achieves precise testing of the back temperature of the sample and automatic acquisition of temperature and time data. The equipment can perform tests under an electric load of 0~30KN pressure.

The RKSY-II Thermal Diffusivity Tester, manufactured by Xiangtan Instrument and Meter Co., Ltd., is designed and manufactured in accordance with JGT 469-2015 (Test Method for Thermal Diffusivity of Foam Glass). It uses a computer interface for data acquisition, processing, display, and printing. This instrument uses a cooling method to determine the thermal diffusivity of materials and is widely used in production enterprises, quality inspection departments, universities, and research institutes.

The Xiangtan Xiangke DRC-II hollow vacuum glass heat transfer coefficient tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 10295-2008 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials - Heat flow meter method). Measurement and control are both computer-controlled, achieving fully automatic measurement of the instrument.
