Papua New Guinea Fully Automatic High-Temperature Specific Heat Capacity Tester

The Xiangtan Xiangke BRR-III fully automatic high-temperature specific heat capacity tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with GJB 330A-2000 (Test Method for Specific Heat Capacity of Solid Materials 60-2773K). It uses the copper calorimeter mixing method (referred to as the mixing method) to test the specific heat capacity of solid materials (including powders, fibers, and other difficult-to-shape materials) at high temperatures. It is widely used in production enterprises, quality inspection departments, universities, and research institutes.

Product Description

I. Xiangtan Xiangke BRR-III Fully Automatic High-Temperature Specific Heat Capacity Tester Overview:

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with GJB 330A-2000 (Test Method for Specific Heat Capacity of Solid Materials at 60-2773K). It uses the copper calorimeter mixing method (referred to as the mixing method) to test the high-temperature specific heat capacity of solid materials (including powdery, fibrous, and other difficult-to-shape materials). It is widely used in production enterprises, quality inspection departments, universities, and research institutes.

All measurements and control of this instrument are computer-controlled, reducing human error and improving testing accuracy. Computer interface operation enables fully automatic control, data acquisition and processing, display, and print output of the instrument.

(400—1550℃ specification) 380V/50Hz, power consumption less than 8KW.

III. Working Principle:

A sample of known mass is suspended in a heating furnace for heating. When the temperature of the sample reaches the set temperature T1 and stabilizes, it is dropped into a copper block calorimeter with an initial temperature of Tc in an automatic adiabatic environment. The sample releases heat, causing the calorimeter temperature to rise to the final temperature Tn. By measuring the temperature rise of the calorimeter, the average specific heat capacity of the sample can be determined.
