The instrument meets GB/T3810.10-2016 and ISO 10545.10-1995 "Ceramic Tile Test Methods Part 10: Determination of Wet Expansion", and is suitable for the determination of wet expansion of ceramic tiles.

Instrument Composition and Simple Principle
The instrument consists of three parts: an electric furnace, a water boiler, and a micrometer mechanism.
Wet expansion: The difference in length of the sample before and after being immersed in boiling water.
Wet expansion coefficient: The proportion of the length change measured after the brick is immersed in boiling water and then heated to promote wet expansion.
The measurement of the sample length change is carried out on the micrometer mechanism device. One end of the sample rests against a fixed cylindrical pin, thus limiting the degree of freedom of the sample at this end, while the other end is pressed by a spring-loaded pin. The expansion of the sample will cause a corresponding displacement of the dial indicator rod.
