Xiangke TKL Series Ceramic Tile Glaze Cracking Resistance Tester, Autoclave The instrument uses the principle of electric heater heating water to generate steam. Its performance meets the requirements of national standard GB/T3810.11-2016 and ISO10545-11:1994 "Ceramic Tile Test Methods Part 11: Determination of Cracking Resistance of Glazed Tiles" for test equipment. It is suitable for the cracking resistance test of ceramic glazed tiles and other pressure resistance tests with a working pressure of 0-1MPa.

III. Working Principle
1. First, open the autoclave top cover and add appropriate amount of water, generally fill to the bottom. For continuous experiments, you can add more water to prevent it from drying out and not producing enough pressure. Adding too much water will affect the pressurization speed.
2. Install the sample on the sample rack, then put it into the autoclave, cover the top cover, and tighten the sealing nut to prevent leakage.
3. Turn on the power switch, connect the power, and heat the water through the resistance wire at the bottom of the autoclave to generate steam, gradually entering the test area, so that the pressure in the test area of the autoclave gradually increases to the set pressure ±20KPa and maintains for an appropriate time.
4. Turn the pressure relief valve to quickly reduce the pressure in the autoclave to atmospheric pressure.
5. According to the test requirements, let the sample cool in the autoclave for a period of time, then unscrew the top cover nut, open the cover, and take out the sample.IV.
