This test device conforms to the standard GB 26730-2011 Sanitary Ware, Gravity Flushing Device for Toilets and Sanitary Ware Frames Test Methods, and meets the requirements for test equipment in GB6952-2005 "Sanitary Ceramics" and JC/T931-2003 "Mechanical Toilet Flushing Valves". It is mainly used to test the flushing performance of sanitary ceramic toilets, squat toilets, and urinals.

III. Working Principle:
The CXZ uses a variable frequency constant pressure water supply system as the pressure supply unit of the device. After the test starts, the pressure and flow rate signals of the flushing water flow are detected in real time by the pressure sensor and flow sensor installed on the outlet pipe, and fed back to the control system. The control system compares the feedback signal with the set signal, adjusts the system water supply output according to the actual situation, and weighs the sample water consumption with an electronic scale, thus realizing the detection of the flushing performance of sanitary ware.
