I. Overview:
DTQ Porous Ceramic Air Permeability Tester Meets GB1968 Determination of Air Permeability of Porous Ceramic Products. The air permeability of porous ceramic products refers to the cubic meters of air that pass through a porous ceramic product with a thickness of 1 cm and an area of 1 square meter in a laminar flow state within 1 hour at a pressure difference of 1 mm water column at room temperature.
II. Main Technical Parameters

3. Standard sample specifications: Diameter: Ø30±0.5mm,
4. Power voltage: 220V 50HZ.Configuration: Includes one DTQ test host and one set of sample fixtures.
III. Sample Preparation
1. For plate-like products, circular samples with a diameter of 30±0.5 mm and a thickness of 10±1 mm can be cut or drilled from them. One side of the sample should retain the original working surface of the product.
2. For tubular products, a circular sample with a height of no less than 40 mm can be directly cut from it.
3. For products where direct sampling is difficult, a 30×10 mm circular sample can be made using the same process as the product production.
4. When sampling, the air permeability direction of the sample should be consistent with the permeation direction when the product is used.
5. The two bottom surfaces of the sample must be parallel. The sample surface must not have cracks, bubbles, or obvious defects such as unevenness. Dust and debris on the sample surface must be cleaned and dried at 110℃ for 2 hours.
6. Each group of samples must have at least three.
