    This instrument is a high-temperature, transmission projection device used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of raw sand, mixtures, glass, and ceramic materials for molding materials. It allows the tester to clearly see the volume shrinkage, expansion purification, and complete spheroidization of the material sample under high temperature conditions on the mirror screen, and to know the corresponding temperatures at which various situations occur. Widely used in industries such as casting, ceramics, glass, as well as teaching and research departments. This instrument complies with the requirements for instruments in the GBT7322-2017 Refractory Testing Method for Refractory Materials.


    Main technical parameters
    1. Test temperature range: 1700 ℃,
    2. Heating speed: up to 1700 ℃ in 1.5 hours, can also be adjusted as needed.  
    3. Image magnification: 8-9 times, and the coordinate system of the imaging image can easily quantify expansion and contraction data.  
    4. Maximum power consumption: 2KW,
    5. Sample size: Prepare the sample according to the dimensions specified in GB/T7322-2017 Refractory Testing Method, with a cone height of 30mm.
    6. According to user requirements, CCD cameras and computer image processing systems can be configured. All experimental operations are completed through a computer interface, which is easy to learn and provides a complete set of software.   


    Composition of instruments
    This instrument consists of five parts: a high-temperature furnace (silicon molybdenum rod furnace), a camera device, an electrical control box, a sample maker, and a computer.
    Configuration: 1 mechanical body, 1 electrical control cabinet, 3 pieces of corundum gaskets, 1 set of camera bracket, 1 data acquisition card, 1 set of communication interface and software, CCD camera, power supply, 1 set of lens, 1 video cable, 1 computer, and 1 set of triangular cone sampling mold.
