Xiangke FHY-II Ground Stone Anti slip Performance Tester / CMY Intelligent Friction Coefficient Tester
I. Overview
The instrument adopts CMY intelligent touch screen force measurement control instrument and high-precision tension sensor to form a force measurement system, which has the characteristics of high force measurement accuracy, stable performance, automatic display of test results, and cyclic display of tension and friction coefficient values. The instrument complies with Appendix A of GB/T 37798-2019 Evaluation of Anti slip Performance of Ceramic Bricks for Static Friction Coefficient Test Method and Appendix M of GB/T4100-2015 Ceramic Brick Standard for Determination of Friction Coefficient. The replacement of the wrench can meet the requirements of JC/T1050-2007 Classification and Test Method for Anti slip Performance of Ground Stone. Both dry and wet methods can be tested, making it an ideal equipment for measuring the friction coefficient of ceramic floor tiles.

III、 Structure
The instrument consists of a CMY intelligent touch screen force control device, manual or electric force application mechanism, pressure sensor, work platform, etc.
IV、 Working principle
Horizontal tension is applied to the tested object by a manual or electric force application mechanism, and an electrical signal is generated by a pressure sensor, which is sent to the CMY intelligent touch screen force measurement control instrument for data processing and display of the test results.
V、 Instrument configuration:including 1 FHY-II host, 1 frosted glass, 1 brush, 1 set of weights, 1 plywood board, 2 pieces of 400 grit silicon carbide sandpaper, and 0.5 kilograms of 220 grit silicon carbide powder.
IV. Working principle of Xiangtan Xiangke FHY anti-slip coefficient tester
A horizontal tensile force is applied to the object under test by a manual or electric force application mechanism. The pressure sensor generates an electrical signal, which is sent to the CT-008 microcomputer force control instrument for data processing and display of the test results.
1. Definition Anti-slip coefficient: The ratio of the tangential force to the vertical force when the object overcomes the maximum static frictional force and just begins to slide.
2. Grade division
According to the different anti-slip coefficients, the anti-slip performance is divided into three grades, see Table 1.

3. Working method: A horizontal tensile force is applied to the object under test by a manual force application mechanism. The pressure sensor generates an electrical signal, which is sent to the CT-008 microcomputer force control instrument for data processing and display of the test results.
Test area and samples
The test area or sample must not be less than 100×100mm. The surface of the sample should be kept clean before each test.
Test samples or areas should be tested in both wet and dry states, with at least 3 test samples for each group of tests.
During on-site testing, a group of tests should be conducted on the same ground, the same type of stone, and the same type of stone processing finish.
Note: The above figure shows manual loading, which can be used for both laboratory and on-site testing. The figure below shows the specifications for electric loading.
