    The thermophysical properties of materials are affected by many factors, such as the chemical composition, density, temperature, and humidity of the material. Among these, humidity has a significant impact. In practical applications, due to the influence of climate, construction moisture, and production and usage conditions, materials often contain a certain amount of moisture, which can lead to a decrease in the material's thermal insulation performance. Therefore, this issue must be considered in thermal calculations. For this reason, accurately determining the thermophysical properties of materials under humid conditions is essential.
    This instrument is characterized by its simple design, high accuracy, and fast testing speed (approximately ten minutes per test). A single test can simultaneously measure three parameters: the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat capacity of the material, and it can measure thermophysical properties under different moisture content conditions.Reference Standard:

    JGJT 12-2019 (replacing JGJ 51-2002) (Technical Specifications for Lightweight Aggregate Concrete), JG158-2004 "Exterior Wall External Insulation System with Glue Powder Polystyrene Particles", and Appendix B of JG/T283-2010 "Expanded Glass Microsphere Lightweight Mortar" on the determination of heat storage coefficient.

    Basic Principle
    The DRM-1 thermal performance tester is based on the principle of unsteady-state heat conduction. The experimental material is heated for a short period of time, causing a change in the temperature of the experimental material. Based on the characteristics of this change, and through the solution of the heat conduction differential equation, the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat capacity of the experimental material can be calculated.
