    I. Xiangke SG Glass Crystallization Gradient Furnace ,Overview of Glass Crystallization Furnace

Because the internal energy of glass is higher than that of crystals of the same composition, glass is in a metastable state, and there is a tendency to spontaneously precipitate crystals under certain conditions. This phenomenon of crystal appearance is called crystallization, also known as devitrification or antiglassification. Determining the crystallization performance of glass refers to determining the crystallization temperature range, upper and lower limits, and the degree of crystallization of glass within this temperature range. Based on the test results, a reasonable melting, shaping, and heat processing system can be formulated to avoid the generation of crystallization and obtain transparent and ideal glass products.

This instrument and equipment uses the gradient furnace method to determine the crystallization performance of glass and is widely used in factories, schools, and research units for analyzing and testing the crystallization performance of glass and other non-metallic materials. It plays a guiding role in mastering its production process and shaping.
