Xiangtan Xiangke SGY Compressive Strength Testing Machine Main Technical Parameters
1. Large load: 10000, 20000, 50000, 100000, 300000 (N), etc., optional;
2. Loading rate: 50-7KN/min adjustable;
3. Pressure plate diameter: 50mm (or other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements);
4. Data microprocessor processing, accuracy 0.5%;
5. Voltage: 220V for 50000N and below, 380V for above 50000N;
6. Digital pressure display, and maintains the pressure peak.
Instrument configuration: including one SGY testing host and one set of compressive fixture.
Xiangtan Structure and Working Principle
Structure: This instrument consists of an electric or hydraulic loading mechanism, fixture, detection device, and digital display system. Pressure is applied to the sample at an appropriate rate to determine its breaking load and breaking strength. The compressive strength of a material refers to the maximum test force per unit area that a sample of a certain size and shape can withstand when crushed under axial pressure under specified test conditions. The maximum pressure when the sample is crushed is between 20% and 90% of the test machine's measuring range. A pressure plate without spherical support is used, and the center lines of the upper and lower pressure plates should coincide with the center line of the frame. The upper and lower pressure plates should be parallel to each other, with a parallelism error within 0.25mm.
