I. Overview of Xiangke SKZ-10000 Digital Display Ceramic Flexural Strength Tester (with constant speed loading)
This Digital Display Ceramic Flexural Strength Testing Machine The flexural strength tester uses an electric loading mechanism and multiple springs to achieve uniform speed loading. It meets GB/T3810.4-2016 and ISO 10545-4-2014 standards for the determination of the modulus of rupture and breaking strength of ceramic tiles, and is also suitable for measuring the flexural strength and compressive strength of engineering ceramics, electrical porcelain, daily ceramics, ceramic pipes, and brick and tile products. By changing the fixture, it can also be used to determine burst resistance, compressive strength, and other parameters. By changing the pressure device, this instrument is also applicable to the following standards, realizing multiple uses with one machine.

II. Main Technical Parameters
1. Maximum Load: 10000 (N);
2. Sample Range: 100×100～600×600, 100×100～800×800, 100×100～1000×1000 (mm) adjustable.
Note: If samples smaller than 100*100mm need to be tested, small-size fixtures can be optionally selected at an additional cost.
We can customize other specifications according to customer requirements, such as 1200 * 1200mm.
3. Loading Speed: 5～700 (N/S) adjustable;
4. Data processed by microcomputer, measurement accuracy 0.5%;
5. Digital pressure display, and can maintain the peak pressure;
6. Power Supply: 220V, 50HZ.
7. Constant rate loading is available, and the loading rate is displayed digitally. It can be loaded at a constant speed according to the requirements of GB/T3810.4-2016 and ISO 10545-4-2014 standards: 1N/(mm2*S) ±0.2N/(mm2*S).
