(1) Thermal load shrinkage temperature test
A. Furnace temperature: Room temperature to 1600℃, resolution 0.1℃, microcomputer program temperature control.
B. Displacement range: 0～10mm, resolution 1um (micrometer);
C. Load: 490Pa;
D. Computer automatic control, automatically generate test reports;
E. Complies with GB/T11835-2007 "Test method for thermal load shrinkage temperature of mineral wool and its products".
(2) Sintering point test (high temperature physical property instrument)
A. Used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of molding materials, glass and ceramic raw materials. The tester can clearly see on the screen the volume shrinkage, expansion purification and completion of the sample under high temperature conditions, and know the corresponding temperature when various situations occur.
B. Furnace temperature: Room temperature to 1600℃, resolution 0.1℃, microcomputer program temperature control;
C. Camera: 420 lines;
D. Computer automatic control, automatically save images at each temperature point;
(3) Crystallization furnace
A. Furnace temperature: Room temperature to 1600℃, resolution 0.1℃, microcomputer program temperature control;
B. Computer fully automatic temperature control;
C. Complies with the requirements for crystallization furnaces in JC/T750-1982 (1996) "Test method for crystallization of quartz glass".
