Image-Type Sintering Point Tester, Refractoriness Tester

The Xiangke CJY-II image sintering point tester and refractoriness tester is a high-temperature, transmission projection device used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of molding materials such as raw sand, mixtures, glass, and ceramic raw materials. It allows testers to clearly see on the screen the volume shrinkage, expansion purification, and completion of the material sample under high temperature, and to know the corresponding temperature at which various situations occur.

Image-type sintering point tester, refractoriness tester Technical Parameters
    1. Test temperature range: 1400℃, 1700℃.
    2. Heating rate: 1.5 hours to reach 1700℃, can also be adjusted as needed.
    3. Image magnification: 8~9 times, the imaging screen is equipped with a coordinate system for easy quantification of expansion and shrinkage data.
    4. Power consumption: 2 KW
    5. Maximum sample size: Ф7×8 mm
    6. According to user requirements, a CCD camera and computer image processing system can be configured. All test operations are completed through the computer interface, which is easy to operate and learn and provides a complete set of software.
    Instrument Composition

This instrument consists of five parts: a silicon carbide rod or high-temperature molybdenum wire electric furnace (silicon molybdenum rod furnace can also be optional), a camera device, an electrical control box, a sample maker, and a computer.

This instrument consists of five parts: a silicon carbide or silicon molybdenum rod furnace, a camera device, an electrical control cabinet, a sample preparation device, and a computer.
    1. An industrial camera is used to directly capture images of the object, which are then displayed on a computer screen via an interface. During installation, a socket is fitted over the camera lens to minimize interference from external light sources. At high temperatures, the object becomes a luminous body, allowing the software to measure the image above and select automatic black-and-white inversion, or skip the conversion. The camera position can be adjusted front, back, left, or right to ensure clear image display.
    2. The heating system employs a tubular resistance furnace with silicon carbide rods or silicon molybdenum rods, and high-temperature molybdenum wire as heating elements, capable of reaching a maximum furnace temperature of 1400°C or 1700°C. The heating rate can be automatically adjusted, with a temperature gradient of ±15°C in the furnace chamber test area.
    3. Imaging Section: The specimen is imaged on the display screen, allowing the test personnel to clearly observe the projection images of the specimen's contraction, expansion, passivation, and complete globularization as it undergoes temperature changes within the furnace.
    4. Electrical section: Controlled by a programmable temperature controller to ensure a stable heating rate. For detailed operation, refer to the user manual.
Configuration: 1 mechanical main unit, 1 electrical control cabinet, 2 light source bulbs, 1 sample preparation device, 3 alumina washers, 1 camera mounting bracket, 1 data acquisition card, 1 communication interface and software set, CCD camera, power supply, 1 lens set, 1 video cable, 1 desktop computer (as per contract configuration).
