Xiangke ZRPY series refractory materials high-temperature horizontal dilatometer. Xiangtan Xiangke ZRPY Series Thermal Expansion Coefficient Tester (High-Temperature Horizontal Dilatometer)
This instrument is used to determine the expansion and shrinkage performance of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glazes, refractory materials, and other non-metallic materials during the heating and firing process at high temperatures.
Instrument reference standards: GB/T3810.8-2016 and ISO 10545.8-2014 Determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16920-2015 Determination of average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 Determination of thermal expansion coefficient of graphite electrodes, GB/T 7320-2018 "Test method for thermal expansion of refractory products", GB/T4339-2008 "Determination of thermal expansion characteristic parameters of metallic materials", etc.
Atmosphere protection or vacuum pumping can be selected according to user requirements (optional equipment, charges are extra).
Main technical parameters:
1. Maximum furnace temperature: 1000℃, 1400℃, 1600℃, 1700℃, etc., optional specifications.
2. Heating rate 0-20 degrees/min adjustable, microcomputer program temperature control, temperature control accuracy ±1℃;
3. Deformation measurement range: ±1.5mm.
4. Displacement sensor sensitivity 0.1um, automatic correction range;
5. Computer automatically calculates the coefficient of expansion, volume expansion, and linear expansion.
6. Automatic recording, storage, and printing of data, printing temperature-expansion coefficient curve.
Temperature interval freely set, minimum interval 1℃.
7. Automatically calculate and compensate the compensation coefficient, or manual correction can also be performed.
8. Sample size: Ф(5～10)×50mm、(5～10)×(5～10)×50mm, both square and round samples are acceptable;9. Using linear bearing transmission, realizing frictionless transmission of expansion value, high transmission accuracy and repeatability.
