I. Uses
This instrument uses a vacuum method to determine the apparent porosity and bulk density of porous ceramic products and refractory materials. It meets the standards of the People's Republic of China, GB/T1966-1996 "Test Method for Apparent Porosity and Bulk Density of Porous Ceramics" and GB/T2997-2015 "Test Method for Bulk Density, Apparent Porosity and True Porosity of Dense Shaped Refractory Products". II. Main Technical Indicators
1. Vacuum Degree: The vacuum device can reduce the absolute pressure to no more than 2500Pa;
2. Volume: Ф250 ×300mm,
3. Vacuuming Time: 0-99 minutes 59 seconds continuously adjustable,
4. Water Injection Time: 0~99 minutes 59 seconds arbitrarily set
5. Holding Time: 0~99 hours 59 minutes arbitrarily set
6. Repeatability Error: <5%,
7. Power Supply: ~220V 50HZ.
Configuration: Includes one DXR vacuum testing device, one sample rack, and one 2000g/0.01g hydrostatic balance (as per contract configuration).
