III. Working Principle
1. First, open the autoclave top cover and add an appropriate amount of water. Generally, fill it to the bottom. For continuous experiments, you can add more water to prevent it from drying out and not producing enough pressure. Adding too much water will affect the pressurization speed.2. Install the sample on the sample rack and place it in the autoclave. Cover the top cover and tighten the sealing nut to prevent leakage.
3. Turn on the power switch and connect the power. The water is heated through the resistance wire at the bottom of the autoclave to produce steam, which gradually enters the test area, causing the pressure in the test area of the autoclave to gradually increase to the set pressure ±20KPa and maintain it for an appropriate time.
4. Open the pressure relief valve to quickly reduce the pressure in the autoclave to atmospheric pressure.
