Papua New Guinea Thermal Performance Tester
Product Description
Xiangke DRM-II Thermal Performance Tester - Overview
The thermophysical properties of materials are affected by many factors, such as: chemical composition, density, temperature, and humidity of the material. Among them, humidity has a great influence on the material. In practical applications, due to the influence of climate, construction moisture, production and use conditions, materials often contain a certain amount of moisture, which will lead to a decrease in the thermal insulation performance of the material. Therefore, this problem must be considered in thermal engineering calculations. Therefore, it is very necessary to accurately determine the thermophysical properties of materials under humid conditions.
The characteristics of this instrument are: simple device, high accuracy, fast test speed (about ten minutes per test), and it can simultaneously measure the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat of the material in one test, and can measure the thermophysical properties under different moisture content conditions.
Reference standards: JGJT 12-2019 (replacing JGJ 51-2002) (Technical Regulations for Lightweight Aggregate Concrete), JG158-2004 "Exterior Wall External Insulation System with Glue Powder Polystyrene Particles", and Appendix B of JG/T283-2010 "Expanded Glass Microsphere Lightweight Mortar" for the determination of heat storage coefficient.

3. Dimensions (length × width × height) 600 × 450 × 700mm
4. Working conditions:
① Ambient temperature 10~35℃ ② Relative humidity ≤80%
③ Room temperature stability requirement ≤±1.5℃
5. Accuracy of measurement results ±5%
6. The DRM-II thermal conductivity tester can be connected to a computer for automatic testing, and data can be printed and output.
Basic principle
The instrument is based on the principle of unsteady-state heat conduction. The experimental material is heated for a short time, causing the temperature of the experimental material to change. According to the characteristics of the change, the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat of the experimental material can be calculated through the solution of the heat conduction differential equation.
Instrument configuration: including one DRM-II host, one software, one heater, one thermocouple, one insulation bucket, and one desktop computer (configured according to the contract).
Two appearance styles are available:
