Xiangtan Xiangke RKSY-II Thermal Diffusivity Tester Instrument
I. Overview:
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with JGT 469-2015 (Test Method for Thermal Diffusivity of Foam Glass). It uses a computer interface to achieve instrument data acquisition and processing, display, and print output.
This instrument uses a cooling method to determine the thermal diffusivity of materials and is widely used in production enterprises, quality inspection departments, universities, and research institutes.
II. Main Technical Indicators:
1. Thermal diffusivity range: 0.01-5 (mm/S); 2/S);
2. Accuracy ≤3%.
3. Sample size: (φ48.0±0.5) × (75.0±0.5) mm.
4. Test head operating temperature range: -40—120℃, temperature resolution 0.01℃.
5. Constant temperature oven: Room temperature—150℃, temperature fluctuation ≤±1℃.
6. Constant temperature water bath: 0.00-80.00 (℃), temperature fluctuation ≤±0.5℃.
7. The instrument connects to a computer for fully automatic data processing.

III. Xiangtan Xiangke RKSY-II Thermal Diffusivity Tester Working Principle:
After raising the sample temperature to a certain temperature (higher than the cooling temperature) and stabilizing it evenly, the thermal diffusivity of the sample is calculated from the cooling rate of the sample at a stable cooling temperature.
