WM Ceramic unglazed tile abrasion resistance testing instrument Main technical parameters of ceramic tile abrasion resistance instrument:
1. Friction wheel speed: 75r/min
2. Steel wheel diameter: Φ200±0.1mm thickness 10±0.1mm, hardness HB500 or above; (applicable to GB/T3810.6-2016)
3. Abrasive feeding speed: (100±10) g/100r
4. Sample size: 100mm ×150 mm
5. The abrasive uses F80 white fused alumina as specified in ISO8486-1986;
6. The number of revolutions of the friction wheel can be preset and automatically controlled.
Operating principle
The motor drives a friction steel wheel to rotate counterclockwise at a speed of 75 revolutions per minute. With abrasive
present, pits are generated on the front surface of the brick by the friction steel wheel, and the abrasion resistance of the unglazed brick is determined by measuring the length of the pits.
