This instrument uses an electric loading system for uniform loading. It meets GB/T3810.4-2016 and ISO 10545-4-2014 standards for the determination of modulus of rupture and breaking strength of ceramic tiles, and is also widely used for the determination of modulus of rupture and breaking strength of ceramic pipes, glazed tiles, architectural sanitary ceramics, porcelain, daily ceramics, and refractory materials.
By changing the fixture, it can also be used to determine burst resistance and other parameters.
Main Technical Parameters
1. Maximum load: 10000 (N);
2. Sample range: 100×100～600×600, 100×100～800×800，100×100～1000×1000 (mm) adjustable (three specifications optional). We can also customize other non-standard specifications according to customer requirements, such as 1200 * 1200mm.
3. Loading speed: 5～700 (N/S) adjustable, and the loading rate is digitally displayed;
4. Microcomputer data processing, measurement accuracy 0.5%;
5. Digital pressure display, and can maintain the pressure peak;
6. Power supply: 220V, 50HZ.
7. Constant rate loading is possible, and the loading rate is displayed digitally. It can meet the requirements of GB/T3810.4-2016 and ISO 10545-4-2014 standards for constant speed loading: 1N/(mm2*S)±0.2N/(mm2*S).
