    I. Overview

    This instrument is developed based on our factory's DRS-2 water flow flat plate method thermal conductivity tester. Compared with DRS-2, it improves the resolution and automation, shortens the testing time, is easier to maintain, and has more reliable instrument performance. This instrument is suitable for testing the thermal conductivity of refractory insulation, ceramic fiber, felt, textiles, plates, and bricks at different temperatures. It is widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments, and material analysis and testing in production plants.

    This instrument refers to the following standards: ASTM C518-04 Test method for determining steady-state heat flux and heat transfer characteristics using a heat flow meter;  GB10295-2008 Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials (heat flow meter method); YB/T 4130-2005 Refractory materials Thermal conductivity test method (water flow flat plate method); GB/T 17911-2018 Refractory fiber products Thermal conductivity test method, etc.

    II. Xiangke DRS-III High-temperature flat plate thermal conductivity meter, thermal conductivity analyzer Main Technical Parameters

    DRS series instruments are mainly used for the thermal conductivity detection of thermal insulation materials at high temperatures. DRS-3B has a vacuum atmosphere protection function to prevent sample oxidation.

    DRS-4

    Both DRS-4A and DRS-4 use electric pressure and automatic thickness measurement. The difference is that the DRS-4 hot plate uses heat-resistant stainless steel, and the operating temperature is slightly lower, while the DRS-4A hot plate uses silicon carbide, the pressure resistance is slightly lower, and the thickness measurement requires an additional thickness correction system, but the hot surface operating temperature is higher.
