This instrument is based on the principle of unidirectional steady-state heat conduction. When the upper and lower surfaces of the sample are at different stable temperatures, the heat flow through the effective heat transfer area of the sample, the temperature difference between the two surfaces of the sample, and the thickness are measured to calculate the thermal conductivity. This instrument is designed for testing low-thermal conductivity insulation materials and meets the high-precision testing requirements of insulation material thermal conductivity for material testing and research departments. Instrument reference standards: GB/T3139-2005 (Test method for thermal conductivity of fiber-reinforced plastics) (Test method for thermal conductivity of fiberglass), GB/10294-2008 (Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related properties of thermal insulation materials - Guard plate method), etc. Mainly tests plastics, vacuum glass, fibers, foams and other materials. Widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research units, quality inspection departments and production plants for material analysis and testing.
