Xiangke FHY-C Slope Method Anti slip Coefficient Measurement Device
This device meets the requirements of 5.9 anti-skid performance in GB/T 23458-2009 "Ceramic Bricks for Square Use", 6.17 anti-skid slope in GB/T 23266-2009 "Ceramic Bricks", and the critical angle test method of slope method in Appendix C of GB/T37798-2019 "Evaluation of Anti slip Grades of Ceramic Bricks", as well as the classification of anti-skid performance grades and testing methods for detecting the anti-skid coefficient of ceramics.
1. Experimental principle:
The experimenters walked back and forth on a slope with a certain gradient laid on the test piece, gradually increasing the angle of the slope during the walking process until the maximum angle at which they could safely walk on the slope This is used as the critical angle to reflect the degree of slip resistance on the surface of the specimen.
2 Experimental apparatus and materials
2.1 Experimental apparatus
The experimental device mainly consists of a platform with a width of about 600 mm and a length of about 2000 mm, which can accommodate test specimens, guardrails on both sides, and safety devices such as seat belts on top. The platform is controlled by the testing personnel and can continuously rotate from a horizontal position within the range of 0 ° to 45 °, with a rotation angle accuracy of ± 0.2 ° The impact on the angle caused by the tester walking on it should not exceed ± 0.5 °. The platform is also equipped with a water spray device that can spray the detergent solution evenly on the surface of the specimen at a flow rate of (6.0 ± 10) L/min during the test. The schematic diagram of the experimental setup is shown in Figure C1.
C2.2 Test materials
C2.2.1 Three barefoot test calibration plates, see Table 1 below

C2.2.2 Three shod test calibration plates, see Table 2 below

C2.2.3 Detergent solution: Prepared with detergent conforming to GB/T9985S requirements, with a concentration of 1g/L;
C2.2.4 No. 20 machine oil.
C2.2.4 P400 silicon carbide sandpaper.
C2.2.4 Soft brush.
C2.2.4 Test shoes: Conforming to GB21148 Class II fully polymerized materials polyurethane sole (PU) low-top shoes, Shore hardness (Type A) is 73 ± 5, the sole pattern is similar to Figure C2. *Before use, use P400 silicon carbide sandpaper to uniformly polish the entire sole, exposing the new surface, and use a clean soft brush to clean the powder.

C.3 Test piece
The area of the test piece is approximately 100 cm × 50 cm.
C.4 FHY-C slope method anti-skid coefficient testing device, ceramic testing instrument Calibration
Before testing, both testers should measure and calculate the average critical angle on the three barefoot test calibration plates and the three shod test calibration plates according to the steps in C.5. If the difference between the average value and the standard value of the calibration plate is not greater than the limit deviation value in Table C.1 or Table C.2, the test can proceed. Otherwise, the cause should be investigated and the testers may need to be replaced.
