The EQS-2000 is designed according to industry standards "Construction and Acceptance Procedures for Exterior Wall Faced Tile Engineering." It features continuous and even loading, a compact structure, durability, and LCD display of adhesive strength values. It automatically and accurately records adhesive strength values and maintains peak values. Powered by dry-cell batteries, it is small, lightweight (approximately 3 kg), and easy to carry and use on-site. *Compliant with applicable standards: GB9799-88 Paint Adhesion Strength JGJ110-97 "Standard for Inspection of Adhesive Strength of Building Engineering Faced Tiles" JGJ126-2000 "Construction and Acceptance Procedures for Exterior Wall Faced Tile Engineering" JGJ144-2004 "Technical Regulations for Exterior Wall External Insulation Engineering" JG158-2004 "Exterior Wall External Insulation System with Glue Powder and Polystyrene Particles" JG149-2003 "Exterior Wall External Insulation System with Expanded Polystyrene Board and Thin Plaster." Addressing the characteristics of low adhesive strength and small adhesive force of faced tiles, the maximum tensile force is designed to be 2kN to ensure the testing accuracy of the instrument.
