The ZRPY series graphite thermal expansion coefficient tester meets the GB/T3074.4 method for determining the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of graphite electrodes. This instrument is used to measure the expansion and shrinkage performance of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glazes, refractory materials, and other non-metallic materials during the heating and baking process at high temperatures. Atmosphere protection or vacuum can be selected according to user requirements, with a vacuum degree of -0.09MPa.

ZRPY Series Graphite Thermal Expansion Coefficient Tester (High-Temperature Horizontal Dilatometer) Main Technical Parameters:
1. Temperature range: Room temperature to 1000℃, 1400℃, 1600℃, 1700℃, etc., optional specifications;
2. Heating rate: 0-20 degrees/min adjustable, microcomputer program temperature control, temperature control accuracy ±1℃;
3. Deformation measurement range: ±1.5mm;
4. Displacement sensor sensitivity 0.1um, automatic correction range;
5. Computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, volume expansion, and linear expansion.
6. Automatically calculates the compensation coefficient and automatically compensates, manual correction is also possible.
7. Sample size: Ф(5~10) ×50mm、(5~10) ×(5~10) ×50mm, both square and round samples are acceptable;8. Power supply: 220V, 2KW
9. The ZRPY intelligent dilatometer connects to the computer for automatic temperature control, recording, storage, and printing of data, printing temperature-expansion coefficient curves. All test operations are completed through the computer interface, which is easy to operate and learn, and provides a complete set of software.
10. Atmosphere protection or vacuum can be used according to experimental requirements, vacuum degree -0.09MPa.
Configuration: Includes one ZRPY dilatometer host, one set of software, one set of communication interface and data cable, one set of quartz standard samples, one set of vacuum seals, one vacuum pump, one desktop computer (can be provided by the purchaser).
