This device meets the requirements of HB/T 5352.2-2004, Test Methods for Investment Casting Shell Properties, Part 2: Determination of High-Temperature Self-Weight Deformation. The furnace uses mullite fiber furnace lining material instead of traditional refractory bricks, offering good insulation, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, fast heating rate, low surface temperature, and features such as energy saving, time saving, high thermal efficiency, reliable performance, and light weight; using U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, convenient to replace, distributed on both sides of the furnace chamber, ensuring uniform temperature in the furnace chamber, using a PID multi-program temperature controller, intelligent program temperature control, high temperature control accuracy, it is also a new generation of high-efficiency energy-saving electric furnace used in scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises, powder metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, chemical industry, sintering, melting blocks and metal heat treatment.

1. Heating rate: Adjustable, reaching the maximum temperature of the electric furnace within 40 minutes;
2. Energy consumption is 20% of that of ordinary electric furnaces, and the weight is 30% of that of ordinary electric furnaces;
3. Microcomputer multi-segment program heating, adjustable heating rate;
4. Temperature control accuracy ±1℃;
5. Maximum temperature: 1700℃; Rated temperature 1650℃;
