Ceramic Detection Instrument - Fully Automatic Ceramic Tile Thermal Shock Resistance Tester is a device used to measure the thermal shock resistance of ceramic tiles. It conforms to GB/3810.9-2016 and ISO10545-9:2013 for the determination of thermal shock resistance of ceramic tiles, and GB/T3298-2008 for the determination of thermal shock resistance of daily-use ceramics. Based on the water absorption rate of ceramic tiles being less than 10%, the immersion method is used for testing. This instrument is also suitable for testing the thermal shock resistance and thermal stability of glass and other silicate products.

It features automatic temperature and time control, automatic test cycle control, and timing functions. This equipment is reliable, easy to operate, and provides accurate data. It has both manual and automatic functions and complies with GB/3810.9-2016 and ISO10545-9:2013 for the determination of thermal shock resistance of ceramic tiles, and GB/T3298-2008 for the determination of thermal shock resistance of daily-use ceramics. This machine adopts an upper and lower box structure. The upper box oven heats and automatically maintains the set temperature and time; the lower box water tank cools and automatically maintains the set temperature and time; the automatic circulation of the sample in the oven and cold water tank is achieved through the lifting part control. The testing machine mainly consists of an oven, a cold water tank, a refrigeration system, a sample rack lifting part, an oven automatic door switch part, and an electrical control system.
