Instrument Composition
The instrument consists of three parts: a freezing test chamber, a water supply and drainage system, and a temperature control and automatic control system.
The working principle of this instrument is designed and implemented according to the requirements of GB/3810.12-2006 national standard.
According to the test requirements, set the electronic counter to the required number of test cycles (100 times). Place the samples in the test area and close the cover. Cool the test area to -5℃ and maintain for 15 minutes. Turn on the water pump to spray water on the samples to raise the test temperature to +5℃ and maintain for 15 minutes. The counter counts once. According to the test requirements, set the electronic counter to the required number of test cycles (100 times). Automatically perform the above cycle test. An alarm will sound after the test is completed.
