III. Xiangke ZCY Principle and Structure
This instrument consists of a supporting plate, a movable left support, and a right support to form a rectangular coordinate system. On the plate, three equal-height supporting pins detect a standard plate with a similar shape and ideal size to the ceramic tile, and the instrument reading is adjusted to the appropriate position, and the reading is recorded. Then, the ceramic tile to be measured replaces the standard plate, and without moving the measuring point, six indicator parameters are measured separately. The left and right supports and the central measuring support can move parallel to the plate to form spatial coordinates in different positions to adapt to the determination of ceramic tiles of different specifications and sizes.
The ZCY-II type ceramic tile flatness, straightness, and edge straightness comprehensive testing instrument uses linear bearing guides for easier operation.
