The CLD ceramic testing instrument is used to measure the freeze-thaw resistance of ceramic tiles. The instrument conforms to the requirements of GB/3810.12-2016 and ISO10545-12:1995 for the freeze-thaw resistance test of ceramic tiles.

1. Test area operating temperature adjustment range: -15℃—+15℃;
2. Test area: 600×600×300 (mm);
3. Temperature control accuracy: ±1℃;
5. Test method: Automatically complete the test cycle according to the set number of tests.
6. Power supply: 220V ±10% 2.5 kw;
Working conditions:1. Ambient temperature: 0～40℃;
2. Power supply: 220V, 50 HZ;

The instrument consists of three parts: a freezing test chamber, a water inlet and outlet system, and a temperature control and automatic control system.
The working principle of this instrument is designed and implemented according to the requirements of GB/3810.12-2016 national standard.

Cool the test area to -5℃ and maintain for 15 minutes. Open the water pump to spray water on the samples to raise the test temperature to +5℃ and maintain for 15 minutes. The counter counts once.
