    The thermophysical properties of materials are affected by many factors, such as: chemical composition, density, temperature, and humidity of the material. Among them, humidity has a great influence on the material. In practical applications, due to the influence of climate, construction moisture, production and use conditions, etc., materials often contain a certain amount of moisture, which will lead to a decrease in the thermal insulation performance of the material. Therefore, this problem must be considered in thermal engineering calculations. Therefore, it is very necessary to accurately determine the thermophysical properties of materials under wet conditions.
    The characteristics of this instrument are: simple device, high accuracy, fast test speed (about ten minutes per test), and three parameters of thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat capacity of the material can be measured simultaneously in one test, and the thermophysical properties under different moisture content conditions can be measured.

    Reference Standards: JGJT 12-2019 (replacing JGJ 51-2002) (Technical Regulations for Lightweight Aggregate Concrete), JG158-2004 "Exterior Wall External Insulation System with Glue Powder Polystyrene Particles", and Appendix B of JG/T283-2010 "Expanded Glass Microsphere Lightweight Mortar" for the determination of heat storage coefficient.

The thermal conductivity range of the material to be measured is 0.035~1.7w/m.k

    Basic Principle

    The concrete thermal conductivity meter is based on the principle of unsteady-state heat conduction. The experimental material is heated for a short time, causing the temperature of the experimental material to change. According to the characteristics of the change, the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat capacity of the experimental material can be calculated through the solution of the heat conduction differential equation.

    Instrument Configuration: Includes one DRM-II host, one set of software, one heater, one set of thermocouples, one insulation bucket, and one Lenovo desktop computer (configured according to the contract).
