Structure and Working Principle
This equipment consists of a base, eccentric wheel, connecting rod, motor, loading mechanism, and digital time relay control circuit.
Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate at high speed, causing the sample to collide at high speed with the balls in the grinding jar, thereby achieving rapid grinding.
Operating Procedures
According to the needs, put the prepared powder into the grinding jar in a certain proportion, cover it, and install it on the KNM-I high-speed grinder, and press the clamping handle (Note: The general ratio of material: ball: water is 1:4:0.8).
Set the time relay to the required time, generally about 20 minutes (set according to the actual situation of the user, generally, the finer the particle size requirement, the longer the set time).
Turn on the power, the power indicator light will light up, and press the start button (Note: When using it for the first time, pay attention to whether the direction of the motor rotation is correct. The correct direction of rotation is clockwise. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, you can simply swap any two phases of the three-phase power supply).
When the grinding time is reached, the high-speed grinder will automatically stop, and the experiment is over.
