This machine is an ideal equipment for fine grinding in ceramic and chemical industry laboratories. It has a large grinding capacity per batch, and the grinding jar is made of ceramic. The distance between the friction wheel and the long shaft can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the length and diameter of the grinding jar. Grinding jars of different sizes, such as 3L and 5L, can be placed according to user requirements.

Structure and Working Principle
This equipment consists of a frame, motor, belt pulley speed reducer, long shaft, and electrical control part. Its working principle is that the motor drives the belt speed reducer to make the long shaft rotate at a uniform speed, thus driving the grinding jar to rotate.
Operating Procedures
1. According to the needs, put the prepared powder into the grinding jar in a certain proportion (Note: The general ratio of material: ball: water is 1:4:0.8. This data is for reference only. Please adjust it according to the actual situation), then plug the rubber stopper tightly onto the friction wheel of the two long shafts. The distance between the friction wheel and the long shaft can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the length and diameter of the grinding jar. After adjustment, the locking screws and bearing seats must be fastened.
2. Turn on the power, press the start button, the grinding jar rotates with the friction wheel, the grinding time is determined by the user. After the time is up, press the stop button, the motor stops rotating, remove the grinding jar, open the rubber stopper and pour out the material.
Configuration: One GLM roller ball mill, balls and jars are priced separately.
Ceramic jars, nylon jars, polyurethane jars, stainless steel jars and other grinding jars of different materials can be selected according to customer requirements.
