The gradient can be set according to process requirements, and the temperature gradient at each point can be controlled according to the designed heating curve.
Xiangke SST Series Tube Gradient Furnace, Gradient Resistance Furnace Main Technical Parameters:
1. Rated temperature: 1000℃, 1300℃, 1600℃, etc., optional specifications;
2. Microcomputer program temperature control, curve heating, high precision;
3. Type: Tube type;
4. Alumina tube size: Diameter (60--80mm), Length (600—1500) mm (can be customized according to customer requirements).
5. The furnace chamber material outside the alumina tube adopts a new type of polycrystalline mullite fiber, which has good heat preservation performance, fast heating rate, and energy saving.
6. Thermocouple: 1000℃ specification is K type; 1300℃ specification is S type; 1600℃ specification is B type;
7. Temperature measurement: Thermocouple + digital program temperature controller,
8. Temperature control: Thyristor phase-shifting voltage regulation + intelligent PID regulation + program heating and cooling,
