    Box-type Gradient Furnace All are periodic operation type, used for elemental analysis determination, firing of ceramic and other non-metallic materials, and heat treatment such as quenching and tempering of general small steel parts in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research units. The gradient can be set according to process requirements, and the temperature gradient at each point can be controlled according to the designed heating curve.

     

    Main Technical Parameters:

    1. Rated temperature: 1000℃, 1300℃, 1600℃, etc., optional specifications;

    2. Microcomputer program temperature control, curve heating, high precision;

    3. Type: Box type;

    4. Furnace chamber size: Each gradient section is 250 deep × 150 wide × 100 high mm, 300 deep × 150 wide × 120 high mm, etc., optional specifications (the furnace chamber of each gradient point can be separated or connected, optional).

    5. The furnace chamber material uses a new type of polycrystalline mullite fiber, which has good insulation performance, fast heating rate, and energy saving.

    6. Thermocouple: 1000℃ specification is K type; 1300℃ specification is S type; 1600℃ specification is B type;

    7. Temperature measurement: Thermocouple + digital program temperature controller,

    8. Temperature control: Thyristor phase-shifting voltage regulation + intelligent PID regulation + program heating and cooling,

    9. Heating element: 1000℃ specification is high-temperature resistance wire; 1300℃ specification is silicon carbide rod; 1600℃ specification is silicon molybdenum rod;

    10. Number of temperature control points: 2, 4, 6 points, etc., optional specifications (can be customized according to customer requirements).

    11. Gradient style:

    a. Each gradient point is a separate furnace chamber, which can be independently controlled (as shown in Figure 1);

    b. The entire large furnace chamber is divided into multiple small gradient sections by partitions, which can be independently controlled, or the partitions can be removed to make each gradient point connected.
