The Xiangke CJY image sintering point tester and high-temperature microscope are high-temperature transmission projection devices used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of molding materials, metals, and non-metallic materials. Through optical devices, the volume shrinkage, expansion, purification, spheroidization, and flow of the material during the heating process are observed to determine the sintering range and melting temperature range of the material.

This instrument is a high-temperature, transmission projection device used to measure the sintering point temperature and refractoriness of raw sand, mixture, glass and ceramic raw materials of shaping materials. It allows testers to clearly see on the screen the volume shrinkage, expansion purification and completion of the material sample under high temperature, and to know the corresponding temperature at which various situations occur. Widely used in casting, ceramics, glass and other industries, as well as teaching and research departments.
Meets the requirements of QB/T 1546-1992 "Determination Method of Melting Temperature Range of Ceramic Glaze" for testing the sintering point temperature of ceramic raw materials.
Technical Parameters
1. Test temperature range: Room temperature to 1400℃ or 1700℃, two specifications are optional.
2. Heating rate: 1.5 hours to reach 1700℃, can also be adjusted as needed.
3. Image magnification: 8~9 times, the imaging screen is equipped with a coordinate system for easy quantification of expansion and shrinkage data.
4. Power consumption: 2 KW

6. According to user requirements, a CCD camera and computer image processing system can be configured. All test operations are completed through the computer interface, which is easy to operate and learn, and provides a complete set of software.
II. Xiangke CJY Image-type sintering point tester High-temperature microscope instrument compositionThis instrument consists of five parts: silicon carbide rod or high-temperature molybdenum wire electric furnace (silicon molybdenum rod furnace can also be optional), imaging device, electrical control box, sample maker, and computer.
1. An industrial camera is used to directly image the object, and the image is displayed on the computer screen through the interface. When installing the camera, use a sleeve to fit into the camera lens to reduce the influence of external light sources. At high temperatures, the object becomes a luminous body. The image measurement on the software can be used, and the black and white automatic color reversal can be selected, or it can be not converted. The camera position can be moved back and forth and left and right to make the image display clearly.
2. Heating uses a tube-type resistance furnace with silicon carbide rod or silicon molybdenum rod furnace and high-temperature molybdenum wire as heating elements. The high furnace temperature can reach 1400℃ or 1700℃. The heating rate can be automatically adjusted, and the temperature gradient in the furnace膛试验区 is ±15℃.
3. Imaging part: The sample image is displayed on the screen, and the tester can clearly see the projection image of the shrinkage, expansion, passivation and completion of the sample in the furnace with the change of temperature.
4. Electrical part: A programmable temperature controller is used for control to ensure a good heating rate. For specific operations, please refer to its instruction manual.
Configuration: 1 mechanical main body, 1 electrical control cabinet, 2 light bulbs, 1 sample maker, 3 corundum pads, 1 set of camera bracket, 1 data acquisition card, 1 set of communication interface and software, 1 CCD camera, power supply, 1 set of lenses, 1 video cable, 1 desktop computer (configured according to the contract).
Note: For 1700℃ specifications, there are two types of electric furnaces to choose from (different prices): high-temperature molybdenum wire furnace and silicon molybdenum rod furnace. The high-temperature molybdenum wire furnace needs argon gas protection and cooling water;
The silicon molybdenum rod furnace does not need argon gas and cooling water.
