    This instrument adopts the method of direct sample energization and longitudinal heat flow. It is suitable for measuring the thermal conductivity of metals without phase change in the temperature range of 80°~900℃, and the test is automatically completed by a computer. It meets the testing requirements of metal material thermal conductivity for material testing and research departments. Instrument reference standard: GB/T3651-2008 "Measurement method for high-temperature thermal conductivity of metals".

    Main Technical Indicators

    1. Thermal conductivity test range: 1~500W/m·K;

    2. Accuracy: Better than 5%;

    3. Testing under controllable experimental temperature, the maximum temperature of the electric furnace is 1000℃;

    4. Power supply: 220V, 50HZ;

    5. Connect to the host computer to realize automatic computer testing and data printing output;

    6. Sample size requirements: When the sample to be tested is rod-shaped, the diameter is ¢(3~5)mm, the length is 220mm, and extension rods are added to both ends to a total length of 400mm, or the sample length is 400mm.     3. Temperature measurement system: Uses a digital display high-precision instrument to ensure its accuracy and stability, and realizes internal zero-point compensation.
