Structure and working principle
This equipment consists of a base, eccentric wheel, connecting rod, motor, loading mechanism, digital time relay control circuit, etc.
Working principle
The motor drives the eccentric wheel to rotate at high speed, causing the sample to collide with the balls at high speed in the grinding jar, thereby achieving rapid grinding.
Operating procedures
According to the needs, put the prepared powder into the grinding jar in a certain proportion, cover it and install it on the KNM-I high-speed grinder, and tighten the clamping handle (Note: the general ratio of material: ball: water is 1:4:0.8).
Set the time relay to the required time, generally about 20 minutes (set according to the actual situation of the user, generally the finer the particle size requirement, the longer the setting time).
Turn on the power, the power indicator light is on, press the start button (Note: For the first use, pay attention to whether the direction of the motor rotation is correct. The correct direction of rotation is clockwise. If the direction of rotation is incorrect, you can simply swap any two phases of the three-phase power supply).
When the grinding time is reached, the high-speed grinder will automatically stop, and the experiment is over.
