Xiangke GTM Flexural Modulus Testing Machine Complies with GB/10700-2006 "Test Method for Elastic Modulus of Fine Ceramics - Flexural Method", suitable for determining the elastic modulus of engineering ceramics, fine ceramics, and functional ceramics at room temperature.
This instrument uses a three-point bending loading method to measure the elastic modulus of ceramics. It consists of an electric loading system, a deformation measurement system, a pressure measurement system, and a computer control system. The electric loading system consists of a variable frequency speed regulator, a precision reducer, and a lifting device; the deformation measurement system uses a high-precision displacement sensor to measure micro-strain; the pressure measurement system uses a high-precision pressure sensor and a digital pressure gauge for measurement; the three control systems are controlled by a computer to achieve fully automatic testing.

1. Load range: 0~10000N or 0~50000N (other specifications can be customized according to user requirements);
2. Force measurement accuracy: Relative error ≤ ±0.15%;
3. Deformation measurement range: ±5mm;
4. Deformation accuracy: Relative error ≤ ±0.5%;
5. Loading deformation rate: 0~1mm/min, adjustable;6. Sample size: ≤120*100mm (conventional, according to GB/10700-2006);
